Phase One Completed

First phase of Body Beast Build has been completed.  The next phase is Bulk.  This next phase scares me.  It's 5 weeks of intense, heavier weights.  But I'm committed to changing.  The toughest part of the Build phase was most definitely LEG day.  Step ups on their own are hard, but holding 20 pound weights is much harder!  Mistakes I made during this phase was not increasing my weight systematically.  I did what I could on any given day.  But I should have challenged myself more.  Despite that, I am really happy with my results thus far.
