Right now I am doing a lot of mini-challenges. All started around 1/1/14.
The first is the wall sit (starts with 10 seconds, then add 10 seconds each day). Today was 3:20 - ow!
The second is the burpee challenge - 30 burpees everyday. I think I've only missed one day so far. It is definitely hard to do everyday!
The third is clean eating. This one can be hard around football season and my birthday.
The fourth is to be active everyday for 30 days & post. This one is easy.
I think all of these mini-challenges will improve my habits fitness-wise & nutrition-wise. 11 more days...
