P90X3

We are on week three of P90X3.  Today we did Accelerator.  Can't say it was an easier than week one.  The one thing I really like is how time flies by!  Before we know it, we are half-way done.  Tony's jokes help pass the time.  We did the wall sit challenge afterwards and to show off Arnie did the burpee challenge (which I will be doing later).

The workouts are short enough to keep our baby entertained (I wonder what she thinks of us exercising?).  As hard as it is, I enjoy FINISHING each workout.  I like P90X3 because it combines strength training, plyometrics, cardio, yoga and more all in one program.  I can't wait to see my AFTER pictures.
